DentEd An example of one of the several new initiatives being launched this year by the dental society DentEd is a peer-mentoring scheme that involves tutoring on a more personal level. So if you're struggling with a topic, and would like one of our student tutors to run you (and your friends) through a topic it's as simple as filling out the form on the right. Alternatively you can ask one of your year reps as well, just supply them with the same info as in the form. It's completely free, it's informal (so no need to stress about getting anything wrong!). The timing is dependent on what suits both you and your tutor. The sessions are pretty open ended, want to run through some past exam questions? You can do that. Can't understand a topic and need someone whose done it before to put you in the right direction? You can do that. Just fill out the application with as much detail as possible so we can put you together with the right person. So all that's left to do is fill out the form and we will put you in contact with your tutor. Easy peasy. We're all in this together. Love, DentSoc *** |
